It was an amazing moment when kids from the Orphanage House in Buzovny district of Azerbaijan got access to brand new computer classroom with new multimedia workstations, equipped with video cameras, headsets and connected to the internet!

Esther Dyson [board member of Global Learning Foundation], myself and group of volunteers along with school personnel joined this event on Saturday, November 29.

And I could not even imagine how much fun kids would have playing with bright colored bubble pens that I got for them and carried all the way from California!

Big applause goes to the team of volunteers from Baku! They are the ones who worked with the orphanage on getting everything ready: from classroom remodeling to getting extra cables for internet connection and they are the ones who delivered and served delicious food to these children.

Now these kids are all set to get connected with children all over the globe, to do joint global projects, to learn English and information technology!
